The Nagaland police has submitted in the court of the Mon district and sessions judge that the military affairs department of the defence ministry has refused sanction to prosecute the 30 Indian Army commandos accused of killing 13 civilians in a botched counter-insurgency operation at Oting, Nagaland, on December 4, 2021.
