Urging Interpol to speed up Red Corner notices against fugitives, PM Modi said here on Tuesday there could be no safe havens for the corrupt, terrorists, drug cartels, poaching gangs and organised criminals. Modi said there was need for the global community to work expeditiously to eliminate these safe havens where the corrupt find a way to park the proceeds of crime.
