IPL: GPS device to track movement in bio-bubble faulty

The FOB, meant to be a GPS tracking device in the form of a wrist band, has to be worn by every individual in the IPL ecosystem at all times. It works on Bluetooth and a receiver – a mobile app called ‘bio-bubble’ – obtains data from the device to track the movement of any individual wearing it.
