    Sad that damp spots led to abandonment: VVS Laxman

    The opening T20 International between India and Sri Lanka was called off due to wet patches on the track as Assam Cricket Association (ACA) groundsmen failed to prevent the rain water from seeping into the covers. Lamenting on the Guwahati fiasco, former India cricketer VVS Laxman termed the entire incident as 'man-made disaster'.
