Delhi government announced on Friday that the odd-even scheme would be implemented in the national capital from November 4 to 15. "This is the AAP government's winter action plan to tackle pollution in Delhi ahead of winters," Kejriwal said. The implementation of odd-even is a part of the seven-point plan to tackle pollution in Delhi.
