Following the instruction of PM Narendra Modi, Union ministers Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Ram Vilas Paswan have rescheduled their morning engagements in order to reach their offices by 9.30am. TOI found that several ministers have made it a point to reach office by 9.30am since Modi advised all ministers to be in office in time and avoid doing office work from home.
