PM Narendra Modi on Saturday got yet another clean chit from the Election Commission, the sixth so far, in a complaint relating to his speech in Patan (Gujarat) on April 21, where he had spoken of how his government had kept Pakistan on its toes to ensure the safety of Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman in the wake of the Balakot air strikes.
