Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday targeted the central government on the issue of Rafale defence deal and posed a set of three questions to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Following Rahul's allegations, finance minister Arun Jaitley hit back by saying that Congress, which is embroiled in several corruption cases, has no right to question the government.
