The third high court judge will pronounce judgement in the 18 AIADMK rebel MLAs’ disqualification case. In case the 18 MLAs’ disqualification is upheld, the govt can survive with 107 votes. If the court sets aside the disqualification, then numbers are heavily stacked against CM Palaniswami. Many opposition MLAs could spring a surprise by bailing out the government.
